I’m Shreyashi — a product designer with 5+ years of experience creating human-centered, scalable products across fintech, B2C, and enterprise platforms. With a tech background and systems mindset, I craft solutions that strike a balance between clarity, empathy, and business value.
I started as a founding designer for a D2C brand, then grew design team at Taxmann from solo to team of 3. At MUFG, I’ve led design for Member Online (1.3M+ users), built a Knowledge Management intranet, and driven accessibility initiatives.

Discover & Align
I start with a deep understanding of the problem I'm trying to solve. I align with teams to define business goals, user needs, and technical constraints through stakeholder conversations, research audits, and contextual deep dives.
🎯 This sets the foundation and avoids building for assumptions.
Next, I explore existing data, competitor benchmarks, heuristics, or user feedback to uncover pain points, patterns, and opportunities. When needed, I collaborate with researchers or lead quick interviews.
🎯 Insight > assumption. Research gives the problem context and direction.
I turn insights into structured outputs — like user flows, jobs-to-be-done, journey maps, or problem statements. I work with PMs to define scope and prioritize what matters most.
🎯 Shared clarity = faster execution and better alignment.
Before jumping into visuals, I explore ideas through sketches, low-fidelity wireframes, and flow models. I often create multiple variations to spark feedback early in the process.
🎯 This phase is all about speed, flexibility, and collaborative input.
I use design systems (or build one if needed) to craft clean, accessible, and scalable UIs. I prototype key interactions using tools like Figma or Framer to simulate real user journeys.
🎯 Looks good, works better — and is ready for feedback or testing.
I gather early feedback through reviews, testing, and heuristic evaluations — then refine based on insights. Accessibility checks and micro-interaction audits happen here too.
🎯 Design isn’t final until it’s tested. This is where usability becomes real.
I prepare clean, inspectable files with component usage, spacing logic, and interaction notes. I stay closely involved with devs during sprints to ensure what gets built matches intent.
🎯 Smooth dev collaboration saves hours of back-and-forth later.
Post-launch, I monitor performance, revisit metrics, and propose next steps for refinement or growth. I treat products as evolving systems, not one-off handoffs.
🎯 Good design is never done — it adapts, scales, and improves.
